Each project begins with an understanding of the place, its purpose, and how guests move through it. We consider architecture, scale, materials, light, and operational rhythm to define the role scent should play within the environment.

2. Scent Direction

Based on the spatial context, we develop an initial scent direction. This phase focuses on structure and balance rather than overt character, ensuring the scent feels appropriate, restrained, and native to its setting.

3. Development and Sampling

Selected directions are developed into working samples for evaluation within the intended environment. Refinement is guided by performance, subtlety, and longevity, rather than immediate impact.

4. Refinement and Approval

Feedback is incorporated to ensure the final scent integrates seamlessly with the space. Once approved, the scent is formalised for consistent production and long-term use.

5. Production and Delivery

Approved scents are produced and supplied in formats suited to the operational needs of each project. Ongoing support ensures continuity, consistency, and adaptability over time.
